Final Fantasy XIV: Alt Battle Class 70-80 Secret Leveling Tricks

One of the best things in Final Fantasy 14 is you can play all classes in one character, but every class has their own level and it takes some time to get max level for each class. So, what is the fastest way to level up your alt class?

When you ask players for leveling tips, most often they will say "Do daily roulette and spam the highest dungeon. It's not wrong, but there is some other stuff that you can do, which takes less of your time but gives you a high amount of exp.

So, I am going to explain some stuff from the most common leveling tricks and a leveling trick that some people don't know about.

Duty Roulette (Daily Dungeons)

Duty roulette is the most common thing that almost everyone will suggest you to do in order to level up your alt class, but I will only tell you to do at least 3 Duty Roulettes that have a high amount of exp and some of them wouldn't take too much time.

• Duty Roulette: Main Scenario

Yes, this duty takes a lot of time, but considering the amount of exp that you can get, it is really worth doing. You can watch a movie or other stuff while waiting the unskippable cutscene.

• Duty Roulette: Trial

Trialduty usually only takes around 10 minutes and you will get a great amount of exp.

• Duty Roulette: Leveling

Leveling duty is another one that I suggest doing because it also gives a great amount of exp and if you're lucky enough, you can get low-level dungeon that only takes some of your time.

Beast Tribe (Pixie Daily Quest)

Most of the players don't know about this daily quest--it gives you around 30% exp and only takes 5 or 10 minutes to clear. To grab PixieDaily quest, just go to LydhaLran aetheryte at Il Mheg, talk to Uin Nee to get the quest(3 quests per day) and complete those daily quests. All the quests are super easy, for example, you are going tobe collecting quest items around some area, killing 1 -3mobs and even only talk to the NPC.

From each daily quest that you complete you will also earn Fae Fancy as the reward. It's a currency that you can exchange for items from NPC Jul Oul beside Uin Nee. You can get Materia, House Decoration, Minionand even a Mount.

The Hunt (Nuts Hunt Board Daily)

Nuts Hunt is the new Mark Bills in Shadowbringers, and it gives you great exp. Mark Bills task the player to kill various monsters. These Marks are dividedinto 3 types: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Each level has 5types of monsters that you need to kill. You can take Mark Bills on Nuts Board at The Crystarium.

You can get around 30% exp daily from killing 15 types of monsters in Shadowbringer area, you will also get Sacks of Nuts from clearing the Mark Bills that can be used to exchange for various items from NPC Xylle just near the Nuts Board.

To easily track all the monsters that you need to kill, I recommend using this website ffxivhuntpaths. You just need to check all monsters that youneed to kill and click Searchmobs. The site will give you the path to kill the first mob until the last one.

Bozjan Southern Front (New Grinding Spot)

At Patch 5.35 players can enter Bozjan Southern Front instance-- a 72-player instance. In this area you can complete Skirmishes (similar to FATE) andCritical Engagements (most of them Boss Fight) that give you great exp.

Another great thing about this place is if you just hit level 71 and go here, you will be synced to Level 80 and item level will also be synced accordingly, meaning even you're Level71, in this area you can use Level 80 spells, like in Palace of the Dead or Heaven of High.

You can also level up your resistance rank to get Bozjan Armor (Dyeable Armor) at this place. You need Level 10 resistance rank to unlock Castrum Lacus Litore to get Bozjan Armor. While battling on BozjanS outhern Front, players can get Lockboxes item from Skirmishes and Critical Engagements. Lockboxes can be appraised by the Resistance Locksmith NPC at Utya's Aegis to get random reward items.
